GENERAL GYMNASTICS PROGRAMME
General Gymnastics classes are held every Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings for boys and girls aged 4 onwards, all sessions are adapted to suit all ages and abilities. Within these sessions, gymnasts will work around the vault, bars, beam, floor and trampette, classes are run by experienced qualified coaches.

We offer 2 trial sessions first to take part in the classes, if your child enjoys it you would then pay the remaining term fees.
You will also receive information regarding insurance which is paid directly to British Gymnastics after your two trial which then only needs to be acted upon if you decided to continue with us.
Award Scheme
​
​Gymnasts work towards the clubs Award Scheme, developing their skills and monitoring performance by working through stages 8 - 1 once completed gymnasts can then progress further to the advanced awards.

Club Competitions
​
All gymnasts have the opportunity to enter 2 club competitions a year!​
​
The emphasis on the competition is FUN! Ribbons, Medals and Trophies are awarded and every child receives something for taking part. Coaches work with the gymnasts throughout the competition to help them, this is a great opportunity to come and watch your child.
